🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage detailed financial models for real estate acquisitions and capital projects.


• Analyse new investment opportunities and support the due diligence and underwriting process.


• Deliver appraisals and scenario analysis to support development feasibility and risk mitigation.


• Contribute to the preparation of Asset Business Plans and Investment Committee reports.


• Track development and asset performance against key targets, highlighting risk and upside potential.


• Support credit rating analysis of Build-to-Rent (BTR) cashflows and asset positioning.


• Work closely with the Investment, Development, and Asset Management teams to ensure informed decision-making across the business.


• Liaise with external consultants, advisors, and lenders where needed to support transactions.


• Assist throughout the full deal cycle—from origination through to post-acquisition performance monitoring.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Degree-qualified, ideally with progress toward or completion of a professional qualification (e.g. MRICS, CFA, ACA).


• At least 2 years of experience in real estate investment, development, or corporate finance.


• Solid understanding of real estate principles, capital structures, and financial return metrics.


• Exposure to property transactions or development projects highly desirable.
