Your role


As a graduate of Wealth Management, you will spend time with a variety of different teams within the Wealth Management business, in order to help you build a broad and agile career within wealth management.



Training & development


Together with your peers, you will join a Schroder-wide technical training programme that introduces you to all aspects of the Investment Management business in preparation to do the Investment Management Certificate Exam and the CFA qualification as part of your training programme.

The Real Estate Graduate Programme at Schroders offers an annual salary of GBP 45,000 and great benefits including:
